ASTM A53

ASTM A53 is a carbon steel pipe which is used as structural steel or low pressure plumbing. It has three types and two grades: ASTM A53-F, ASTM A53-E and A53-S. A53-F is longitudinally furnace butt welded or continuous welded; A53-E is longitudinally electric resistance welded; and A53-S is seamless pipe produced by hot rolled and cold rolling. ASTM A53 is widely used in mechanical processing, bearing sleeve, machinery accessories processing; gas pipeline, water power fluid pipe; underground pipeline and hot water transportation; wind farms anti-static tube.
